The Firm's philosophy is directed to give our clients the services they require at the least possible cost. Our fees are based on the time and expertise required for each engagement and the objective is always to give our clients as much value as possible for the fees charged.
The Firm is currently composed of a Sole Practitioner working together with two principals (Both CPA’S), one supervisor, two seniors, three assistants, and two other staff. In addition we have some outside contractors, CPA’s, available to participate in Governmental and other entities Audit Engagements.
As a CPA firm we have demonstrated professional competence by meeting high education and experience standards for the accounting profession, passing a nationally uniform examination, and meeting state licensing and continuing education requirements. The firm is also participant of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Peer Review Program.

We prepare all required tax returns to assure that our clients are paying no more taxes than necessary. Throughout the year we monitor tax law changes and recommend tax saving strategies to our clients.
We design accounting systems to fit our clients business and personal financial affairs. We prepare computerized payroll reports, journals, general ledgers, reports to state and federal agencies, and others.
When a client starts a business we help them select the proper organizational structure and secure adequate financing. We work with the bankers, lawyer, insurance agent, and other advisors to solve any business problems.
We perform regular examinations of clients financial statements in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. These examinations include test of the accounting record and other procedures necessary to enable us to express an opinion whether the clients' financial statements are fairly presented in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. In this matter, we have made all efforts to train our employees’ basic element to serve better our client needs. Our employees are encouraged to attend the seminars offered by the Puerto Rico Society of Certified Public Accountants and/or other qualified institutions free of any cost for them. This is one of the ways we keep our staff updated with the current auditing techniques in all fields.
